To use this website, please read these Terms of Use carefully. You may only use the website if you agree to and accept these Terms without any limitations or reservations.

I. Definition of Terms

  • “Website” refers to the information system used to create an electronic information page. The information of KN Payment Services Joint Stock Company (Knpay) is presented in various forms including symbols, numbers, letters, images, sounds, and other information to serve the provision and use of information in cyberspace.
  • “Website Content” includes all information, data, documents, resources, text, designs, graphics, interfaces, images, audio files, inventions, trademarks, trade names, Knpay’s logo template, products, services, trade secrets, or other materials posted and/or created by Knpay on the Website. All Content on the Website is the legal property and ownership of Knpay.
  • “Terms of Use” are the terms stated herein and posted on the Website.
  • “User” refers to an individual and/or organization accessing the Website to view and use its Content.

II. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of the Website and its Content are owned/copyrighted by Knpay and/or third parties licensed by Knpay, protected under Vietnam’s Intellectual Property Law and other relevant laws. Users have no rights, claims, or interests related to the Content on the Website. Users agree not to represent or take any action to establish or exercise any right or claim concerning the Website’s Content, except in the following cases:

  1. As specified in Clause 1, Section IV;
  2. With Knpay’s prior written consent;
  3. Permitted by Vietnamese law.

The following acts are considered infringements of Knpay’s intellectual property rights:

a. Any use, copying, recycling, republishing, editing, storing, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, renting, leasing, selling, or commercially exploiting any Content on the Website in any way.

b. Distributing, translating, modifying, decoding, creating derivative works, and tampering with the Content on the Website.

c. Other acts of intellectual property rights infringement as per Intellectual Property Law and relevant regulations.

III. Knpay’s Rights

Knpay reserves the right to change and/or terminate part or all of the Website’s Content without prior notice or explanation for updates or additional content. Knpay may request that Users stop accessing and/or using the Website’s Content in the following cases:

a. Infringement of Knpay’s intellectual property rights according to Section II of these Terms.

b. Use of the Website’s Content in restricted or prohibited cases under Section V of these Terms.

Knpay may also seek compensation for any damages incurred if a User violates these Terms.

IV. User Rights and Responsibilities

Users may view and use Content on the Website (such as printing, downloading, forwarding, or sharing) for personal/internal use and non-commercial purposes only, provided that the source is cited and the link/url to the Content is maintained.

Users must:

  1. Comply with these Terms of Use and relevant Vietnamese laws related to accessing and using the Website and its Content.
  2. Not interfere with other users’ access or use of the Website and its Content.
  3. Not disrupt the operation and management of Knpay’s Website. Users may terminate their access to the Website and/or its Content if they do not agree with any part or all of these Terms.

V. Restrictions on Use

Knpay does not permit the use of Content on the Website in the following cases:

  • Sabotaging the state of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
  • Infringing on personal freedom; humiliating, defaming, or harming others.
  • Disturbing public order or committing acts that violate Vietnamese law.
  • Disseminating and distributing third-party information without consent.
  • Using the Content for business and/or commercial purposes, including but not limited to contests, betting, bartering, advertising, or multi-level marketing without Knpay’s prior written approval.
  • Transmitting files infected with viruses that may damage or impair other electronic devices.
  • Using robots, spiders, or any means to monitor and collect Content for reuse without Knpay’s prior written permission.
  • Using any device, software, or method to violate or attempt to violate the Website’s operation.
  • Any illegal action or actions prohibited under Vietnamese law.
  • Actions that violate Knpay’s legitimate rights and interests.
  • Any action that Knpay unilaterally deems inappropriate or detrimental to Knpay.
